Let off for tome raider who spirited away signed Harry Potter book

  A tome raider who swiped a signed first-edition copy of a Harry Potter book worth £1,675 was spared jail today (tues). Italian Rudolf Schonegger, 55, made off with Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire, signed by JK Rowling, at Hatchards in Piccadilly, on New Year’s Eve.
