A property developer is facing years behind bars after he built up a multi-million pound portfolio by conning £2.3million in bogus mortgages. Raymond Andrews, 37, inflated his income  to secure loans and buy homes in London, Hertfordshire and Essex. He also made bogus claims to enter into hire purchase agreements for two BMW M3 convertibles.
