Tory donor facing ‘£100m VAT scam’ extradition battle

  A major Tory donor accused of involvement in a £100m VAT scam in Germany is to face an extradition hearing in March. Peter Singh Virdee, 43, was arrested at Heathrow Airport on 10 January by Metropolitan Police extradition officers.
