12-year-old girl sobs as she appears in court accused of trying to murder her mother

A 13-year-old girl accused of trying to kill her mother when she was just 12 sobbed in court today as she denied attempted murder. The girl, who cannot be identified, allegedly tried to kill her mum, who is in her 40s, at their home in south west London on 2 March 2024.
