77-year-old doctor accused of surgery assaults will not be tried until 2024

A 77-year-old Harley Street doctor accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his surgery must wait until 2024 to stand trial. Dr John Keet denied eight counts of sexual assault between 1 October and 16 December 2021 when he appeared at Southwark Crown Court. It is alleged the elderly medic repeatedly stroked the woman’s thigh in a sexual manner and ‘smacked her bottom’.
