Two men accused of murdering their cancer-stricken
Two men accused of murdering their cancer-stricken older
brother because he would not buy his round of drinks at the pub
will be retried on murder charges.
An Old Bailey jury trying Sean Brennan, 39, of George Lane,
Catford, and his brother Dermot, 29, of Ravenscar Road, Catford,
were discharged after becoming hopelessly deadlocked.
The brothers deny murdering Brian Brennan, 41, who suffered
from Parkinsons Disease and cancer, at Sean’s bedsit on
January 10 this year.
A date for the retrial has not been set.
