A martial arts instructor could die in jail after he was sentenced to 25 years for repeatedly raping one of his pupils. Tony Swanson, 75, described by police as an ‘evil predator’ began grooming and abusing his victim at the age of 13 – sometimes in front of her mother. While he was ‘held in high regard’ in sporting circles, Swanson had a secret ‘dark side’ and detectives fear that the Tai Chi teacher may have claimed many more victims….
