A young man accused of conspiring to rob banks with his teenage accomplices has pleaded not guilty today (Monday).
Joe Farnan, 21, of Jura House, Plough Way, Bermondsey, is to face trial on February 12 next year.
He is charged with conspiring to rob banks and conspiracy to possess a firearm or imitation firearm between August 31, 1999, and May 12 this year.
Farnan is also charged with robbing Barclays while in possession of an air pistol on May 11, 2000.
He was remanded on conditional bail.
