A serial killer and his victim…
In the bottom left of this CCTV a man with a rucksack can be seen talking to a Chinese woman selling DVDs in Whitechapel, east London. Derek Brown took Xiao Mei Guo home to ‘test’ the DVDs and murdered her. Police believe he may have put pieces of her body into the rucksack and thrown it into the Thames. Brown also murdered Bonnie Barrett, and may have struck before. Six women say they were raped by Brown, who wanted to emulate ‘Jack The Ripper.’
