Academy Head changed exam answers

A primary school headteacher who changed pupils’ answers in a Maths exam so the Academy would keep its ‘outstanding’ rating has been banned from the profession. Alan Graham Prince, 50, copied the responses given by the class ‘clever clogs’ for the SAT Key stage 2 on to the responses given by children known to be ‘strugglers’. When the deception was discovered by the Standards and Testing Agency, Prince initially denied he was involved but later admitted he changed the answers….
