Accused ‘Beatle’ terrorist in court

A man accused of being part of a fourth member of the notorious Islamic State cell known as ‘The Beatles’ has denied funding terrorism. Aine Davis, 39, was deported from Turkey and arrested at Luton Airport on August 10 last year. Appearing at the Old Bailey today, Davis pleaded not guilty to possessing a firearm, funding and making funding arrangements, all for the purpose of terrorism.
