Accused conman did a runner on a £182 tab

A diner racked up a £182 bill at an Italian restaurant and left without paying, a court heard. Mamadou Geuye, 33, is said to have tucked into food and drinks, without settling the £182.81 bill in a’dine and dash’ at Sergio’s Restaurant near Oxford Circus on 15 July. Geuye, of Ixworth Place, Chelsea, denies leaving without making payment contrary to the Theft Act, and will stand trial at City of London Magistrates Court on 18 November….
