Accused killers deny footballer murder
Two alleged killers today (weds) denied stabbing a promising teenage footballer to death. Francois Kablan, 19, who played for Harlow Town FC reserves, was knifed on Great Dover Street in Southwark on May 13. Despite the best efforts of paramedics Mr Kablan, from Bermondsey, died at the scene. Two youths, aged 17 and 15, who cannot be named denied murder at the Old Bailey today (weds).
