Accused of murder a decade later

An alleged killer accused of fatally attacking a man 10 years before the victim died has appeared in court. Nicholas Duckett, 44, is said to have caused the death of Darren Minney on 12 September 2013. Duckett allegedly inflicted injuries on Mr Minney during an assault 10 years before he died.
