Accused of trading cocaine and heroin

A teenager has appeared in court accused of dealing cocaine and heroin on the streets of central London. Talal Khalid, 18, was caught with 21 wraps of cocaine and an unidentified quantity of heroin on 26 September 2020, it is said.
