Accused Ramadan abuser avoids custody because of Covid

A driver who hurled abuse at police when he was stopped on his way to fast with his parents during Ramadan is facing jail. Hamza Ahmed, 22, attacked officers when they approached his car as he was driving to his mother’s address to observe the Muslim holiday at midnight on Sunday (26).
