Afghani sent ringer to take his driving test

A learner driver sent a ‘ringer’ to take his driving theory test who fled to the toilet when he was rumbled, a court heard. Afghani Hedayatullah Ziarmal, 28, is alleged to have sent an unknown male to fraudulently take a driving test with his provisional driving licence on 3 February this year.
