Afghanistan veteran disabled ex’s car headlights with foam

A former soldier disabled his ex-girlfriend’s car headlights by filling them with foam in a two year stalking campaign, a court heard. Stuart Spires, 52, followed Jessica Adams and her new partner Jodie Harris at their home and the care home where they both worked, Barkingside magistrates court heard.
