Angry dad beat lover in birthday card row

  An angry dad who battered his girlfriend because she left birthday cards on the bedroom floor has been jailed for eight months. Harry Hall, 30, dragged Leanne McIvor-Main across the floor by the hair and rained punches on her while their three children, aged two, three, and six months, were at their home in Hammersmith, west London.
