Anti-vaxxer ‘encouraged Telegram audience to use IRA tactics’

An anti-vaxxer posted messages on Telegram encouraging his 26,000-strong ‘audience’ to adopt IRA tactics in response to Boris Johnson announcing lockdown restrictions, a court heard.
