Arrogant scientist faked tests

An NHS laboratory scientist has been struck off for falsifying hundreds of blood tests and describing them as a ‘waste of money’. Jacqueline Wozniak, 58, falsified 358 tests while employed as an immunology scientist for the Buckinghamshire NHS Trust. A whistleblower alerted her employer and 80,863 tests had to be audited while patients also had to be re-tested, the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service panel was told.
