‘Baby shaker’ faces manslaughter trial

A Portugese man accused of killing his son in a suspected case of baby shaking faces trial in October. Pedro Rubim, 42, is charged with manslaughter over the death of six-week-old Alejandro Rubim. The baby boy was allegedly killed at the family home in Camden, north London on 24 February last year.
