Bail for Armed Forces ‘spy’

A member of the Armed Forces accused of risking lives by sharing military secrets on social media has been released on bail ahead of his trial. Thomas Newsome, 37, is charged with making a ‘damaging disclosure relating to defence which in his possession by virtue of his position as a Crown Servant’.
