Bent brief who tipped off client about SFO investigation is facing jail

An elderly solicitor who flew to Malta to tell his client that he was being investigated for money laundering is facing jail. William Osmond, 69, founder of London firm Osmond and Osmond solicitors was convicted of ‘tipping off’ James Ramsay about the Serious Fraud Office probe.
