Bogus broker stole over £1 million

A bogus broker who conned investors out of more than £1.4 million to fund his gambling is facing jail. David Stevens, 67, told 16 victims they would receive a 12 per return if they gave him money to loan to mysterious ‘third party companies’ between 2005 to 2017.
