Bogus estate agent called his company ‘Leo Foxton’
A fake estate agent who ran a company called Leo Foxton in an attempt to pocket nearly £200,000 in fraudulent loans has been jailed for six years. Ignas Valatka, 35, kept a ‘plethora’ of forged passports, driving licences and documents at his home address to carry out the frauds. He ran the Leo Foxton company with to applying for loans, totalling £194,000. A bank was ready to advance £50,000 to the fraudster but made further enquiries before freezing the money….
