Bolivian denies murder charge

A Bolivian accused of stabbing his housemate to death outside their home has denied murder. Alvaro Mendoza Sillerico, 26, allegedly knifed Juan Olmos Saca, 39, in Atwell Road, Peckham Rye on 28 January this year. Police were called to the house at 2.30am and Mr Saca, also from Bolivia, was rushed to hospital. He died on 2 February and Sillerico was charged with murder.
