A builder was caught with a stockpile of military-grade explosives capable of causing a ‘fatal injuries’ near Wembley Stadium, a court heard today (Tues). Khalid Rashad, 63, also stashed British military issue ammunition in his two-storey house in Monks Park, Wembley, northwest London, it is said.
