Burglar broke into Chatham House while high on Spice

  A burglar who broke into the Royal Institute of International Affairs while high on Spice has been jailed for 20 months. Terrence Mitchell, 36, and an unknown associate climbed up onto the roof of Chatham House in St James’s Square, central London in the early hours of 17 July last year.
