Bus driver cleared of killing insurance salesman
A bus driver who hit an insurance salesman when he pulled out in front of oncoming traffic was cleared of causing death by careless driving at the Old Bailey today (MON). Hussain Khaled Al-Shabib, 56, was accused of turning right at the junction without looking as 21 year-old Darren Churchill approached the traffic lights on his motorcycle.
