Cleared of biker death
A businessman who struck and killed motorcyclist while driving home during rush hour has been cleared of causing death by careless driving. James Dunnet, 45, collided head-on with 62-year-old Peter Gray as he pulled out of his office car park in Chertsey, Surrey, on May 27 last year.
