Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy slug it out over the VAT bill

More than £300,000 in costs demanded by Coleen Rooney in her ‘Wagatha Christie’ battle with Rebekah Vardy has already been partially reclaimed by her accountants, the High Court heard. Lawyers for the two women are in an ongoing dispute over money after Mrs Vardy was ordered to pay 90 per cent of Mrs Rooney’s £1.8m libel costs at an earlier hearing. That bill includes £302,300.39 in VAT – but some of it has already been reclaimed by Mrs Rooney’s solicitors….
