Cop accused of sex assault

A serving Met Police officer appeared in court today (fri) accused of sexual assault. Fabian Aguilar-Delgado, 39, denied the charge of sexual touching of a woman aged 16 and over without her consent. The incident is said to have taken place on Sidney Road, south Norwood on May 24, 2020. Aguilar-Delgado was charged today after an investigation by the Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards.
