Cop killing charges dropped

A 20-year-old man accused of murdering newlywed PC Andrew Harper when he has walked free after the charges against him were dropped. PC Harper, 28, died of multiple injuries after he was dragged along a road by a getaway van in Sulhamstead, Berkshire, on 15 August. He had been married 28 days and was due to go on his honeymoon.
