Cop loses appeal after punching innocent man

A police officer who punched the man who called in a criminal damage offence has had his appeal against conviction thrown out. Body-worn footage shows PC Jonathan Marsh, 34, attacking Rasike Attanayake minutes after he had called the emergency services.
