Speeding covid scientist mowed down student

A Covid-19 scientist who ran over and killed an art student while speeding through the City of London was jailed for two years today (mon). Ibnu Rizwan, 28, was driving a hired black VW Polo Zipcar with five other passengers when he collided with David Joseph Evans, 32, in Minories on 8 August 2021.
