A teenager robbed a Muslim man of money he had saved to buy Ramadan gifts for his family in a ‘despicable’ attack at an ATM, a court heard. 18-year-old Ismail Kebbay flouted lockdown measures to approach Imad Kadabachi, 55, on Tuesday (19).
