Death driver who killed waiter in front of his wife walks free walks

A waiter who caused a crash which led to a pensioner being killed in front of his wife by a falling traffic light walked free from court. Former nurse Roseangela Varone, 51, witnessed the accident and raced over to help, not knowing the victim was her husband 69-year-old Luigi.
