On August 6 2009, two robbers in make-up disguises walked into the Graff jewellery store in London’s Mayfair. In a two-minute raid they terrorised staff at gunpoint before making off with 43 pieces of jewellery worth a total of £40m, making it Britain’s biggest ever gems heist.
