Dog handler saw colleague’s body ‘tumbling’ in the road

A police dog handler called to reports of a quad bike theft told the Old Bailey he saw PC Andrew Harper’s body ‘tumbling’ in the dark country road. PC Harper, 28, had suffered appalling injuries by the time his colleagues got to him shortly after 11pm on 15 August last year.
