Drunken e-scooter rider staged dirty protest in his cell

An e-scooter rider who weaved through traffic while twice over the drink drive limit has been banned from driving for 20 months. Mohamed Shardi, 22, was spotted by police officers swerving around two lanes of cars in Brixton Hill. Police Sergeant Darren Watson was on patrol on 8 August when Shardi narrowly avoided collided with his police car.
