Fake boxer short merchants get pants sentence

Three businessmen who made a fortune selling fake designer boxer shorts online were spared jail. Pathum Arachchige Don, 36, Bashir Elsawahli, 44, and Guncha Elsawahli, 45, made £394,241 by selling counterfeit designer briefs, boxers and t-shirts online. They sold 18,667 items of counterfeit underwear on eBay from 2015 to 2017 and 8,107 t-shirts. The brands mimicked included Calvin Klein, Armani, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren.
