Father accused of torture and murder of baby

A father of two accused of the abuse and murder of his girlfriend’s 15-month-old son has been remanded in custody. Jacob Lennon died after he was rushed to hospital from the family home in Putney, southwest London with serious head injuries in August 2019. A post-mortem examination found injuries consistent with horrendous long-term abuse. Jake Drummond and Louise Lennon, both 32, both face charges arising from Jacob’s death.
