First stage of dam collapse case ends at High Court
The first stage of the ‘largest class action in history’ involving more than 600,000 claimants suing a mining giant over a Brazilian dam collapse has ended at the High Court. BHP are currently subject to a multi-billion lawsuit brought against them by law firm Pogust Goodhead (PG) on behalf of the claimants in the case.
