Former choirmaster accused of abusing boy in California loses extradition battle
A former choirmaster accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy in California will be deported to the US, a court heard today (Mon). Roger Giese, 42, has been on the run since 2007 for allegedly committing ‘lewd acts’ with a child in California between 1998 and 2002.
