Fraudster posed as journo to run up £1,500 hotel bill

A fraudster posing as a journalist ran up a £1,500 bill at a hotel by pretending he worked for a luxury lifestyle magazine, a court heard James Ingram, 29, fleeced St Ermin’s Hotel In by claiming he worked for IN London Magazine and would write a review.
