A judge has asked why a mentally ill mugger has spent a year ‘languishing in prison’ waiting to be sentenced. Ibrahim Jabbie, 30, carried out a knifepoint robbery on 8 January last year and was remanded into custody two days later. But psychiatric reports have not addressed the ‘criteria of requirements’ to detain Jabbie in hospital, Wood Green Crown Court heard.
