Handyman goes berserk with a pickaxe at hospital

A hospital maintenance worker who went berserk and attacked colleagues with a pickaxe has admitted causing serious injuries to two of his victims. Matteo Bottarelli, 43, chased three fellow workers around the grounds of Central Middlesex Hospital in northwest London. He is accused of stabbing one of his colleagues in the neck from behind and inflicting ‘multiple head injuries’ on another. A third victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
