He targeted 10,000 children

A predator who posed as a model agency scout to target up to 10,000 children across the world has been jailed for 18 years. Ishmael Duncan, 24, offered youngsters as young as nine modelling assignments for well known fashion brands. Duncan sent girls legitimate looking contracts which featured the impersonated brand’s logo, Inner London Crown Court heard.
