Healthcare boss ‘paid £23,000 into his own pocket’
The acting CEO of a healthcare worker agency transferred money meant for NHS staff into his own bank account for six years, a court heard. Joaquim Rivera, 38, allegedly diverted 18 payments worth over £23,000 into his own coffers between 15 November 2013 and 5 September 2019.
